Why we exist
The Orchard Vault began as a family operation in Zone 1: one mansion-block flat, then another, then a townhouse we were not willing to hand to a faceless platform. Twelve years later we still keep the inventory small. Short-term rental in London is only worth doing if the clean is perfect, the neighbour is respected, and the guest feels looked after.
This is not a marketplace. You will not scroll a thousand listings. You will choose from homes we would put our own names on.

Hotel linen, private homes
White sheets, proper towels, restocked soaps. Every turnover is done by the same cleaners, not a rotating marketplace crew.
A key that works
Lockboxes tested weekly. A human on WhatsApp if a train is late. We do not disappear after the booking confirmation.
Curated, not infinite
Ten residences, six neighbourhoods. If a home cannot meet the standard, it does not stay in the collection.

The Orchard Vault is a small London operator. You are not messaging a nameless Superhost farm. The people who furnish the flats also answer you.

If the dates fit, we will say yes quickly. If they do not, we will say that too — we would rather lose a booking than rush a turnover.
